Brazilian Peaberry - Medium Roast
Named for its small-sized bean, "Peaberry" it is a well-known specialty coffee in beautiful Brazil. Usually, a coffee cherry contains two pits - those pits become coffee beans. But occasionally a cherry only contains a single, harder, more dense pit. This usually happens in less than 10% of berries which causes the berry to roast slower. But a slow roast and dense bean give us these little tiny peas filled with huge amounts of flavor.
