Bali Blue Moon - Medium Roast

Our Balinese coffee is not only unique for its flavors of sweet vanilla and dark chocolate, but it leaves a clean finish unusual for coffees with low acidity.  Producing Bali Blue Moon is also special in that many farmers in this region participate in "Subak Abian" - a farming system with roots in Hindu philosophy which attributes the three causes of happiness to be a good relationship with God, a good relationship with our neighbors, and a good relationship with the environment.

We may not be Hindu - but this cup of coffee definitely brought us some happiness.
